The designer intent here was not to darken the interior. These Merian light shelves have an aluminum 6063-T5 1-1/2″ square tube frame 1/8″ thick, and illustrate 8ga, perforated sheet. All clear reflective clear anodized finish, supported on 1/4″ thick aluminum brackets.
