When Installation is required, B & C Awnings will comply with rulings under sections 1770-1780 of the labor code or the Davies Bacon Act only when such a requirement are clearly stated in the specifications and a cost for this impact is shown on B & C’s proposal .Where omitted from B & C’s proposal and later required by a Contractor this will require a change order. It is to be understood that these codes will only apply to the installation element of the contract.
