B & C propose to provide and install Steel Framed Units with 22 Gauge Verco Panel HSB -36 High Shear B Deck Covers on Top Granit Green -Wash Color Below that are been designed, fabricated and installed to with stand normal operating temperature and changes as well as minimum live loads in compliance with UBC 1998 requirements for geographic areas in which the work is related. Engineering is excluded but where engineering calculations are provided under the proposal by B & C these will comply with ANSI-A58.1-1998. Receipt of all progress payments at the times specified on the contract is a condition of issue by B & C, acceptance by the Contractor, and continuity of performance by B & C to install |
